Bottle Design Development

· In-house CNC mold shop: Protects IP and slashes development time for new custom tequila bottles or unique gin decanters.

· Advanced decoration: Spray coating, acid-etch frost, decal transfer, ceramic silk-screen printing, precious-metal hot-stamping glass bottles, vacuum metallization, laser engraving, facet cutting-everything needed for a market-ready decorative glass bottle.

· Lightweight glass: Proprietary cullet-rich recipes trim weight by up to 12 %, delivering eco-friendly spirits packaging that lowers freight and carbon footprint.
